v0.015: PAUSE AND QUIT MENUS! WOHOO!

A very professional update! We now have pause, restart and quit buttons! They are useless in the browser but really good for the desktop version!

Also for some reason I forgot the powerup setting at very high so everywhere is full of powerups. I guess I will fix it today or tomorrow.
